Privacy Policy

We collect the information you choose to submit through our contact, workflow, expo, and opportunity forms: name, job title, company, work email, country or region, industry, company size, system information, and the description of the problem you share.

We also record limited technical and attribution information such as referring page, landing page, campaign parameters, device type, and form completion time so we can understand how visitors reach us.

Your information is used to evaluate your request and respond to your enquiry. We may use it to prepare for a discovery conversation and to improve our website and content.

We do not sell your information.

Files submitted through the Show Us Your Workflow form are used solely to review the workflow you describe. Please remove confidential, personal, regulated, or commercially sensitive information before uploading.

Uploads are held in controlled storage and retained only as long as needed for the review and any resulting engagement.

Submissions may be processed through a customer relationship management platform and other service providers acting on our behalf. These providers process information under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic, content engagement, and conversion behaviour. Google processes this data as a service provider on our behalf. See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy for details of their processing.

We keep measurement deliberately narrow. Analytics is limited to understanding aggregate usage, which pages and industries attract attention, and where visitors drop out of a conversion path.

When Google Analytics is enabled, Google sets first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>) that assign a random identifier to a browser so returning visits can be distinguished. We do not send names, email addresses, or any other information you type into a form to Google Analytics.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with a browser extension, and Google offers a browser opt-out add-on. Doing so does not affect your ability to use this site.

Where analytics is gated behind consent, the Google tag starts with analytics storage denied and only stores identifiers after you accept.

We design systems with security, access control, data minimization, and operational requirements in mind. We do not claim certifications or compliance frameworks we do not hold.

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of our communications, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
