1. The Parties
These terms apply to any engagement between YOTT (the "Developer") and you (the "Client"). By engaging YOTT for a project, you accept these terms.
2. Project Scope
All work is governed by a written proposal or scope of work document agreed upon before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is subject to a separate estimate and your written approval.
3. Milestone-Based Payment
Payments are structured per milestone as defined in the project proposal. Payment becomes due when a milestone is delivered and approved by the Client. No upfront payment is required unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: bank wire transfer (USD/EUR/INR), USDC, USDT, BTC, ETH.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment for a milestone, the Client owns all deliverables from that milestone, including source code, design assets, and content. YOTT retains no ongoing claim to any work paid for in full.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
- Providing content, copy, and brand assets required for the project in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within 7 days of delivery.
- Ensuring provided content (text, images) does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Post-Launch Support
All projects include 3 months of post-launch support covering bug fixes and minor content updates. This does not include new features or scope additions. Support requests should be submitted via email to hello@yott.dev.
7. Limitation of Liability
YOTT's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for that engagement. YOTT is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
